1.Performance : As the media of thermal elimination, it not only has the excellent insulating property and heat conductivity ,but although has the performance of high-low temperature resistance,.It hasn¡¯t the appearance of air-dry and hardening or melting when long-time working in the temperature range -30℃£250℃.
2. Purpose: It¡¯s widely used in electronic industry as a heat conduction media in interface of power-amplifier tube and heater ,such as: induction cooker, tv, DVD CPU and power amplifier tube; For surface sealing and pouring sealing of the products microwave communication,microwave transmitting facility and the special power suppliers, stabilized voltage supply. It¡¯s also as filling material in heat conduction and insulation for transistor and semiconductor transistor, for adding the qualified rate.
